Judge's Choice winners are determined by a panel of judges made up of local show business professionals. There will be an overall winner in each category and each age group. And one child who receives the most points from the judges will be named one of America's Most Photogenic Babies(one from each participation location), eligible for a modeling contract. Judging takes place when the contestant's photos are on display. And winners are announced at award ceremonies.

VOTERS' CHOICE
Voter's Choice winners are chosen by the general public who may vote on each participating child for 50¢ a vote(proceeds go to Children's Miracle Network hospitals). There will be an overall winner for each category and each age group. And one child who received the most votes will be named as one of America's Most Photogenic Babies, eiigible to appear on local Children's Miracle Network telethon to make a donation presentation. Note: For any child who receives $100 or more in votes, parents get a photo CD with all the photos taken of that child by our photographers.
